Every order ships free within the United Kingdom. No minimum order, no hidden costs. We ship from our UK warehouse so your Vibby® reaches you quickly.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same business day. Expect delivery within 1–4 business days via Royal Mail or DPD. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

30-day return policy

Not for you? No problem. You have 30 days from delivery to return your Vibby® for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and in good condition.

How to initiate a return

1. Email us at hello@vibbyplate.com with your order details
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Pack your Vibby® in its original box and drop it off at your nearest collection point
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process the credit.
